PRICES
All prices at www.kalinkakids.com are stated in US dollars and we reserve the right to modify these at any time.
PAYMENT
Kalinka accepts payment via PayPal. You can pay fast and safe using your PayPal account. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer you will be given our bank details.
Once we receive your payment your order will be hand knitted so please allow 3-5 days for production.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through registered mail which requires a signature upon delivery.
Standard Shipping fees:
-up to 49 EU: 6 EU for the EU and 8 EU for outside the EU
- up to 199 EU: 8 EU for the EU and 13 EU for outside the EU
- 200-599 EU: 13 EU for the EU and 15 EU for outside the EU
- -over 600 EU-FREE
Express Shipping fees:
- up to 199 EU: 18 EU Worldwide
- 200-599 EU: 24 EU Worldwide
-over 600 EU: 30 EU Worldwide
Note that you are responsible for any taxes or custom duties incurred for countries outside the EU. Please contact your your local customs office for more information.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
RETURNS
You can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items with their original labels within 14 days from the delivery of your package. The shipping
and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable. For claims or errors, Kalinka takes all additional charges.
To return any product, simply pack and ship it back to us through registered mail. It helps if a copy of the invoice is enclosed together with the returned products. You must pay the cost of the returning all
items to us. If the return items are in suitable condition, a refund will be made within 10 working days by the same means as used for making the payment.
You will receive an e-mail when we’ve accepted your return and transferred the money.
